Co-reduced Products

SmCo alloy powders are produced through the reaction of mixed oxide with a reductant metal at elevated temperatures by induction melting, followed by crushing and milling, to produce alloys by solid-state diffusion, a process called co-reduction.

Both of these families of products are supplied in the form of powders, typically 500 microns and below. LCM is one of only two manufacturers globally producing SmCo alloy powders by the solid state co-reduction process. If you are interested in these products please fill in our enquiry form here.
